Privacy notice

This notice explains how Parisli Cemil Hair Salons (“Parisli Cemil”) processes the personal data collected through this website, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What data do we collect?

Through the online booking and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, the salon, service, date and time you choose, and any notes you write to us.

Why do we process it?

To create your booking and call you to confirm it, to reply to your message, and to keep a booking history for running the salon. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis

KVKK Art. 5/2-c (processing directly related to establishing or performing a contract) and the explicit consent you give in the forms.

How long do we keep it?

Booking records are kept for up to 2 years from the booking date and contact messages for up to 1 year; after that they are deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

Our site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. A necessary session cookie keeps the forms secure, and a language cookie remembers whether you chose Turkish or English. The map on salon pages loads from Google Maps only when you press “Show map”.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed and request its correction or deletion. Please send requests to sansel.ayrancigil@gmail.com .
